Managed the development of advanced technology with global vendors for Motorola’s Nextel
subscriber handsets and WIMAX handsets. Chips included leading edge radio frequency (RF)
transceiver, RF PA / LNA and digital multi-core processor designs. Supervised one direct report.

Lead Systems Engineer
Designed and created an innovative software tool for Motorola mobile data system to analyze a
complex customer problem. Tool won the 1996 award for “Best Designed Tool” at Motorola National
Systems Engineering Conference. Other Tool was subsequently adapted and used by other Motorola
Systems Engineering teams for application to customer problems.
